Applying for Classification

To apply for classification of a TVC or infomercial, you will need to complete the relevant online forms. CAD's new Online Application System allows you to apply for classification of a TVC or infomercial, submit an ad for a pre-production pre-check and review the status of the ads you and your agency have submitted to CAD. Or you can apply for classification via DVD-CAD.

Classification cannot commence until CAD has received all your materials including a copy of the commercial.

If you are experiencing problems with CAD's online system please use the order forms below. There are two tabs contained within the document. Both the Application and Order form needs to be completed. The Application form needs to be signed and the Order form needs to be signed if you are paying by credit card.   Then you will need to forward your Application and Order form along with a detailed copy of the script/storyboard and any relevant documentation to Commercials Advice.
